I kindly ask you to please take notice of the shop polices below before making a purchase, Thank you!

• No refunds or exchanges on any Customs. Time is set aside and dedicated to make a custom just for you. In this process, if requested  you are provided with a drawing, stone choices (if not sending one of your own) photos of the clay colors and process along the way. You may request minor changes before the item has been baked and "sauna approved".
• If you request to have a "surprise custom" none of the above is provided and you will NOT see your weebeast until it arrives, which is totally fun as well! Due to the nature of this item there are no refunds or exchanges. 
  If you decide you would like to cancel your custom order before I touch any clay please get in touch to see what can be arranged. 

• Returns & Exchanges:

  Weebeasts are here to share joy, and if thats not the case upon opening your package, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. A return must be sent back to me with a tracking number, in it's original box, and all packaging, in undamaged condition within 7 days, (14 days for international customers) before a refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued without contacting me first. No exchanges. Refunds will be refunded less any transaction fees - as these fees are not refunded to me by shopify as of March 26 2020.

• There are no reimbursements for shipping costs or any taxes or customs fees.

• If your item arrives damaged or if you have any problems with your order, please email (with photos of the damage) within 3 days upon recieving your order. I package with utmost care, but things do happen. In the worst case scenario most small breaks can be fixed with loc tite gel super glue ( this brand of glue doesn't turn white over time on polymer clay) or if you're uncomfortable fixing it yourself we can arrange a way so that it can be sent back to me for repairs or to resculpt if the damage is major. I’m happy to help anyway I can! If you did not purchase shipping insurance you may not be eligible for any reimbursement.

• All sculpted pieces are made using an artist grade polymer clay. Although quite durable it can be damaged or broken if mishandled or dropped. Please see CARE in the FAQ.

• If by chance an items is lost or damaged in transit you must get in touch with me as soon as possible! The sooner the better to allow me to help you and possibly locate your missing parcel with any information I have. If too much time has passed without you contacting me there may not be a way I can help.

• Payments:  I accept payments through Shopify Payments. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify, including weebeasts.com. Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as leading payment processors like Paypal. I have no access to any of your financial payment information through any of my payment options. Your personal info and data will never be shared for anything beyond your order (ie your address to the postal service to ship). It will never shared or sold. Not even for the stalest popcorn. xoxo :)

• Shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days after ordered. If there is any delay I will be sure to reach out to you to let you know via email.

• Orders will be shipped to the address you provided as the "shipping address" during checkout. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK to make sure this information is CORRECT. If you have made an error in your address, please contact me as quickly as possible. This is also why having an account is helpful!

• Please go to USPS.com to track your package, the arrive app is also available, to alert you of tracking info. Tracking may not show once international parcels leave the United States.
• Please note: Any parcels that are returned to me marked "return to sender" "no such address""moved- address unknown" etc... ) and are by no mistake of my own, will be eligible to be re shipped at the buyers expense. If I don't hear from you after trying to make contact via email upon receiving the returned mail, the items may be refunded and resold.

• International Customers: 

• I'm happy to ship worldwide! However I can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. International Buyers are and always will be responsible for taxes, duties, and any additional customs fees for their own country. 
• Please do not ask to have customs forms falsified. ( "change the value of an item" or  "marked as a gift" ) This is illegal and not worth any consequences for any party involved including the buyer. Please keep duties and customs in mind when purchasing.

• Allergens: 100% smoke free, but not pet free. I can NOT guarantee that your package will be free of dander or a stray hair from my cats or rats. If you are concerned about this it is best not to order.
• Packaging All items are packaged happily, neatly and securely in a sturdy boxes
• Plain air popped popcorn is included as a part of packaging of your weebeast, if you do not want this as a part of your packaging please let me know in your order notes or via email, ASAP! 

• AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR USE: ( Suitable for ages 14+)
• The sculpted pieces are art collectibles and intended for adult collectors.
• Although they are adorable, they are not intended for small / young children.
• Please keep this in mind and think responsibly for the safety of your loved wee ones.  
• I am not responsible for any injuries sustained through careless use of my products including but not limited to: supervised or unsupervised play by children or pets having access to them. Items are for decoration only, ages 14+

I have the right to refund and/or refuse any order at any time for any reason.
